Paul is a creative director and copywriter with over two decades of experience at New York agencies like BBDO, Publicis, 360i, Y&R and Havas. Prior to his move to New York, Paul worked at Ogilvy, JWT and FCB in India. He has worked across various categories and has won numerous national and international awards for his work. In the recent past, Paul co-founded a creative innovation incubator in New York comprised of fresh, diverse talent to help agencies break free from traditional creative models. Leading industry publications have toasted this incubator as the next generation creative workforce, and as the blueprint for modern media culture. Paul brings the same visionary outlook and creative methods to the agency.

Paul has been invited to speak on creativity and innovation at various events. He has given talks at One Club, Comcast, Syracuse University, Mindtree Technology, SAMMA Forum and Kean University among others.
